Promotion/Demotion System
The promotion/demotion system is based on reports. The different ranks can be achieved by:
-Staying active
-Contributing
-Getting negative reports
-Being respectful
--OR--
-Being inactive
-Disrespecting members
-Getting negative reports

Counsel
The counsel is a group of members that vote on different things. Only Agent Fighters and up can join the counsel. It is not required but is looked upon as a place of honor and respect. Promotions/Demotions, recruitment, punishments etc. etc are all things that the counsel votes on.
Punishments
Fail to comply with the rules or requirements may end up with receiving a punishment. The counsel decides on all punishments. Such punishments are:
-Kicked out of clan
-Demoted
-Temporarily banned from the clan
