While there's a lot of freedom of speech and expression on AoS forums, your name might just be allowed; but it's offensive and already some users don't like the fact that it's offensive. Our community here revolves around these forums. Literally, the entire game of AoS revolves around these forums. It's not like Minecraft where there's a central forum, but people essentially have no unity; this is AoS.

First off I have the freedom of speech, and the right to pursue happiness. This means i can say Cock and Ball raiders if i want. Having the right to pursue happiness means that the clan name makes me happy and i want to make it better to make everyone who cares about it happy. Secondly the clan name can mean anything we want it too. Without us telling anybody. So we can keep it CBR and only the people who are in the clan with teamspeak or any other voice program we are using will know. 3rd , This has NOTHING to do with you clan. AOS global moderators do not have to justify to you why your name is innapropriate. If some cop comes along and says "I want you to not be an idiot would you keep being aN idiot? It's the same with global mods. They can easily delete this thread, but they have given you a chance to change your name. I would just change the name of the clan if I were you so all the work you put in the clan goes towards nothing and getting you a bad reputation.

Death. Cops have to have a reason. No reason means they are violating laws. Violating laws means that the cop has two choices. Ignore it or get fired. So I see this little thing here has two ways it can go. I can have my way or i can take this to the owner of the website. If he dosnt agree i will go to the group who powers the website.

I may be Co-Owner but I can say this: When Sc0tch gets here he is going to have a few things to say. Listen, we are not all twelve year old babies. If people have a problem with out name then I am willing to bet they are in a bad mood, or they are a very over protective parent. I walk across these names every day, never once will I EVER comment on them. The main reason is because they have the right to name their crap to whatever they want it to be.
Hell, you want to know something? I once was an admin for a forum. I saw a name that could be offensive to a lot of people and yet I did not ban them. I looked at it and said "Hey, if they want to have that name branded into them for the rest of their lives, and be ridiculed for it, fine by me."

Yes they do. A cop can not walk up to a man and tell him "Stop acting like the way you are, even though it is not harming anyone." And then if the man continues doing so, and the cop arrests him, a judge will look at the reports and say,
"And he was not doing anything to harm people? Pfft, get this out of here. He goes free."
As much as you would like to think otherwise, cops can not arrest people and tell them to stop doing things to that do not hurt people. This is not hurting people. The only people it hurts are the overly sensitive people. Besides, they would rather try to pwn us in chat. Once they fail, they will remove the thread.
