IRC Not working.

When I try to join the IRC it Keeps saying: Your ip [My ip] is banned by our BNS blacklist! and Comes up with a pic of Haters Gonna Hate. I'm trying to be active on the IRC, but it no work. So, not my fault i'm not active on IRC.

IMO, you should try getting KVIrc. That same thing happened to me which caused me to get KVIrc.
