[Kodiak]

We now have an IRC bot, secretary, coded in Python, thanks to the great topologist. It's still very much a work in progress so things may or may not be smooth with it for a few days, but it allows such commands like !g (phrase) to google things, !wik (phrase) to look at things on wikipedia, et cetera. :))))

Once the bot is totally fixed up, Caesar will become defunct and be removed, but his commands will (probably) remain coded into secretary.

P.S Over the next few days I ask that you don't muck around with the commands other than the ones you're familiar with, I'm still learning them myself and I don't want to give topo more work than he has to. Certain commands (such as !nick) will be set to mine, topo's and Tin's auth only, and Scipion's when he figures it out. Thanks. :)
