You can check what OpenGL extensions you have by running DoctorGL, available here:
http://www.ononesoftware.com/support/607/

the screengrab doesn't show it, but you just run it and scroll down through the results to check what extensions you have. PC and a Mac versions in the same download.

If you have GL_ARB_vertex_program, you also have GL_ARB_fragment_program. Your GPU is supported.

Apparently I can't check what OGL extensions I have since that thing doesn't work.

Ok found an another way to see if you PC supports those extensions

We do not really know when it is coming, but it was said that maybe the end of Summer.
