Here are the JOBS:Recruiter - recruits others
Recruit Helper - helps new recruits and may be asked certain questions.
Modder - decent in modding, mods must be game wise and at the same time must look awesome
Hoster - hosts Official Clan Server(s)
Photo Editors - makes official clan signatures/avatars/splashes
Map Maker - (use common sense here)
News Reporter - observes the clan and shares observation/important events/updates every 2 weeks
Suggester - suggests stuff helpful to the clan
Police - Knows, Follows and Makes others Follow the Rules(also makes others follow things here)

In-Game
-Socialize
-Do your best in playing(this includes using proper mods, scopes, others)

-Go to our official clan server when NIASKA is finished working on it.
-Use official Clan Tag which is [DELTA]

Notes
-Must be someone that is sociable.
-Must have respect for others.
-Has decent grammar and spelling.
-Must have a forum account or is willing to make a forum account.
-Must speak basic English.
-Do not spam "Join Delta Force" or "Delta Force is open"
-Just because it's your friend doesn't mean they will get accepted.
-Don't yell it out in public. 85% of servers have the /pm command.
Recruiting
1. Ask if they have a forum account or if they are willing to make one.
2. Ask if they are willing to be active on the forums.
3. Tell them to go on forum homepage.
4. Tell them to scroll down to go to click on "Clans".
5. Tell them to look for [DELTA] in "Sections".
6. Tell them to click on "Recruitment".
7. Explain how important reading ALL of the policy is.
IRC
-Be on the IRC no matter what, be idle, wait for others.
-Be mature.
Others
-Use mods that are good looking and game-wise.
-Use the tools to be seen in [DELTA] Tools.
-Share your mods and tools.
-Have an Official Clan Server.(pyspades, 24/7, used)
-Have practice matches on our Server.
