I have an idea probably not the best for tactics in clan matches.
You can have lines like in hockey.
What I mean is you can have offensive lines. This includes all the rushers/strategic people. (Line 1 has your most experienced ppl and line 2 can have experienced people but less experienced than then line 1)
Your defensive lines are the campers/snipers. They stay back and defend then intel.
Your goalie(s) are the people who stay at camp build around camp/intel and are the last method of defense.
Remember line 1 is the most experienced and line 2 is not as experienced as line 1, and so on.
Don't forget the substitutes!
I hoped you like it ;p
P.S I wasn't sure where this would go so I decided to put it here.

Yea that makes alot of sense. Are you suggesting we go back to invite only or literally reforming the application.
Having applicants join the IRC and speak with us on this level might be a good way to see if they would act well socially.
