That's more than a little insensitive to other languages don't you think? There are Russian servers, I would expect they mostly play there (unless they enjoy 2000 ping). Besides that, put yourself in their shoes, almost every non-English language cannot be spoken on any server, don't you think that is more than a little annoying for the international community?
