Screen Pixelation When Hit

Okay so if you played WAY back in older versions, that you might of noticed that in older versions when you turned or moved the camera, the screen would pixelate a bit. I think that developers should bring this back BUT, make it so that when you get hit with a bullet, grenade, spade, that the screen will do the same pixelation effect but only when you take damage.

As in, when you get hurt, the screen blurs (Since AoS is 8-bit, pixelates)? I think it would be better for it to happen only if you get critically hit.

that would be really cool, would it just be a flash or stay that way? I think just a quick flash is better, but it would be a cool detail anyway.

Like what I mean is that the screen would be blurred the entire time the damage indicator is there.

please dont do this, it doesnt even look good and makes the defensive advantage even higher than it already is.

I actually like this idea, but it would be for stuff like body shots, and limb shots wouldnt cause this. But there is the matter of balance, since players shot at will have less of a chance escaping death, meh...

The problem with spade is that it's one hit, one kill for the majority of servers, so you won't be able to see a blur unless Ben reduces the amount of times you can get hit.

(IRL about 4-5 hits with a shovel/spade to the head causes death)

i would prefer it with a circlur pixalation that tells you from what side you were hit, and make it able to be turned off.

You people also need to understand that the pixelation was a bug in the engine. Not anything that could be implemented, probably.

It probably could. There was a reason it happened before, so that reason could be duplicated.

Anyways, I like this idea. But maybe have an option to turn it off.
