I'm a veteran, yes there is med kits but I mean a side arm and not all servers have medi kits

There is a tent.

I don't know about you, but I like the fact that there is no regen.

It makes the battle all more ferocious and makes it so much easier to die. Requiring more skill to survive.

Ummmm..... I suggested this a long time ago but with huge restrictions...

Maybe, after 5 seconds of taking damage you regen about 1 hp per second TO A MAXIMUM OF 10 HP.

This means that minor falls will heal, as will stray shotgun pellets or badly aimed smg shots, but more major wounds will stay.

I agree, when you regen something like 10-30 HP it's fine. full regen is pretty dumb in any game it's in though

Thats better. But you cant recover heavy damage like to the arm, only to the shoulder, knees, and elbow and maybe around the heart area.
