Shooting water campers through the water

Sometimes its hard to shoot those water campers, especially when you have an smg and shooting down from a hill, I think if the bullet hits them underwater it should still damage them though, maybe -25 health? and this would make the shotgun useful sometimes too.

Bullets are useless when shot into water. Even high power rifle rounds don't travel anywhere before breaking apart and stopping.

Just make it impossible to shoot when X blocks from shore.

There have been so many times that I couldn't kill those darn water campers, due to obvious reasons.
This should definitely be added.

I know in real life that it doesnt work(good ol' mythbusters). I just didnt know that in AoS you could not shoot the legs in the water. Sorry for the confusion :P

I haven't played any of the battlefield series, And if I did and they had this what would be the downside of it? Please explain this to me.
note: I've played cod but I know better to not suggest anything in that game because I know you guys hate Call of duty

Sounds useful, but acid water is an effective combatant against this. Especially when it's really high.
