If you had ever played Left 4 dead or Borderlands, when are about to die, you get "downed". You have a certain time limit before you die, about 20 seconds. If one of your teamates get downed, You have to get withing 4 blocks of him to revive him. They key to revive him is E. It will take about 5 to 10 seconds. When you get revived you only get about 25HP. IF you get killed again you cannot get revived. The only way you can get downed, is getting shot from legs or arms or heart area. When you are downed you cannot move, you cannot shoot. You also cannot aim down sights, and you gradually start looking down. Enemies get an option to leave him for dead or just kill him. If you leave him for dead, and he dies you get half a point. IF you get downed on water, you have a chance of dying fast by drowning on the water. The person reviving you cannot shoot, so the downed person has to cover the guy helping. It also gives a points bonus, you get 2 points. It also appears on killfeed, " Deuce helped pro up".
burgerblock wrote:I honestly think this is a good idea, but it needs tweaking. My suggestion is as follows:
Downed players can't fire at all, nor can they move.
The player that revives them must be in a 1-2 block radius of the downed player
You get downed from anything that isn't a headshot/spade kill.
When revived, you have about 25 hp, and I agree that you shouldn't be allowed to get another revive.
Lastly, don't include any random timers in the downing system. It's really not fair to the players.
thanks for suggestions burgerblock, put them in the paragraph.
