With Rezon's departure, the number of votes needed to demote an Executive Board member dropped by one. Since Kalin already had two votes from the Officers and both ORUC votes against him, he has officially been demoted to Veteran for extremely extended inactivity.

This has allowed for the very rare opportunity in which a clan member can be promoted to Executive Board, the second highest rank in USAB. All you have to do is tell either myself or Slayer that you're interested in the position and we'll consider it. As an Executive Board member you get very high access levels to all USAB-related things, including the Skype channels, IRC channels, forums, and Minecraft server. Consequentially, an Executive Board can only be one of the most trustworthy and active members of USAB. Keep in mind you don't have to be an Officer to be considered.

On that note, I'd also like to bring up the fact that we don't have many Officers. In fact, our Officers are going to match our number of Executive Board members. Unfortunately, the Officers were meant to be considerably more numerous than our Executive Board members as there is no limit on how many there can be. Officers play a very active role in USAB as well, and should be trustworthy and active. If you want to become an Officer, all you have to do is submit an application to my or Slayer's e-mails or PMing us (posting it publicly will get you nowhere). Officers don't get as much access as Executive Board members but still get considerable access. Officers and Executive Board members also can vote on different things (such as Executive Board members can't vote on the demotion of another Executive Board member).

We hope to see applications for administration positions in the future. They're highly needed, however the Executive Board position should be filled as soon as possible so don't be shy!
