Clan Practices

The United States Airborne Clan was started in 2007 by a group of friends. They look to create a community of mature, level-headed people who enjoy the games they play rather than try to be "MLG PR0".

Noticed i'm not on there.. i'm GMT +8 if you wanted to know. I would also be up for clan practice, as long as the time was ok for me.

i may be able to host a server but i have not tested it yet, also it will not be a dedicated server either.
*Edit*
after some further testing of my server it seems to work so we could try to have practices on it.

Cool could you set it up so we can use it this weekend for a Skype clan practice? It might be a little short notice.

Uh oh, I don't really use Skype. What about IRC?

Skype is mainly for easy communication while in game. It's not absolutely necessary as you can chat in game but you wont hear the funny stuff that happens behind the sidelines in he Skype chat :D

We can use skype... It's even ok to practice on goonhaven 1 in groups. We can practice on goonhaven 3 because it's always empty.

Due to the recent losing streak clan practices should be implemented, in some cases we barely know each other so how do we expect to cooperate as a team and win matches.
Skype or mumble would be used for those who during the event. We can practice in a public server, thus eliminating the need for our own. Using the Komrades server where there are some decent players would be ideal. Using a setup similar to our clan match sign up might make practices easier to organize. That way the people who are signed up are dedicated to the practice, and the date is set from the start.
We should also bring back intraclan matches. This may be hard due to our problem of not getting enough people to play in actual matches but i'm sure we can put something together.

No more clan matches will be made/accepted until we have some form of regimented practice set up.

Not to mention I really dislike the fact that our win/loss is going down.

We need a new topic called clan practices or something similar, that would make organization way easier.
