Administration
The admins of our server are our Officers, the Super Admins are the Executive Board, and the Owners are Slayer and I. The Moderators are USAB clan members, but anyone can apply here if you feel you'd make a good addition to our Moderator team.

Plugins
At the USAB server, we run a variety of different plugins. You can view them all here if you'd like to see them. Some of the star plugins, however, are Essentials, Factions, WorldGuard, and VoxelPort. You can see descriptions of them on Bukkit Dev.

Gameplay
This server is mainly Survival oriented, you are not allowed to attack neutral factions. There is, however, a very nice Arena where the Admins will host matches and there is faction warfare. We also have a nice economy system. Visit the Bank for more on the exchange rates of Iron, Gold, and Diamond. Visit the shops as well. We have daily specials! There's also a SafeZoned Villager town, so you may trade with them in there safely. Finally, we have a Build area, but we're still working out how to parcel out land for building.

Donations
Donations are accepted, and you can send them to [email protected] on Paypal. Donations will be used to run the server as well as pay for gift codes for lucky USAB members. The Donator rewards are purely aesthetic and will most likely have no effect on gameplay, so don't worry about people becoming severely overpowered because they gave the server owner $5. See the info center in-game for the list of Donator rewards.

The Rules
Please see the info center in-game for the full list of rules. They're really not too restrictive, but it would take up too much space to post them here.

Membership
There's a significant difference between Guest and Member. Guests can not use items used for griefing (Flint and Steel, Lava, and TNT). Members can use these items. Most people and USAB members who we know will automatically be set to Member. Random people who we don't know will have to apply for membership here.

Am I Allowed In If I'm Not In USAB?
Of course! We don't have a whitelist, so come and play with us! USAB members aren't distinguished from other members either, so you won't feel left out or anything like that.

That plugin changes written books inside to generic, blank "Written Books".

it's probably due to the fact that 1.3.0 was when written books were implemented and this plugin hasn't been updated since 1.2.5

SLAYER likes Lockette. personally i like LWC as well :p

Lockette requires the tiniest bit of effort and the tiniest amount of materials. If you can't afford to make a sign and type it out, you deserve to get the items stolen.

Personally I think a lock should be 2 iron and a redstone or something, but a sign at least requires SOME effort.
