just wondering how to make a download link lemme know i just wanna know how to because have an mr-c mod that i am addin'!

When you are making a download link you have to.
[url]url to an website[/url]

Easiest way to do this is by clicking on editor while making a post and then click on the URL button.

You're going to want to put your mod contents into one folder, and then upload that folder to http://mediafire.com. There's a certain limit to the amount of space it holds, however.
