Banned from Minit US

Yesterday I was playing on Minit US and having a great time. I was capturing the other team's intel the majority of the time, mostly through tunnels and running like crazy. I tried to join again this morning, but I'm getting the "ERROR: BANNED" popup each time. My brother (Wiggy) and I (Boba Fett) were each playing on Minit last night; however, neither of us were votekicked or anything of the sort. This is an appeal of sorts, since I never did anything wrong, but I still managed to get banned.
Also, even when the server was at 29 people for a minute, I got the 'Server Connect Failed' once and the 'BANNED' twice. I can join other servers, though, so it's not global.

Hmm looks like it's a local ban and not global.

I have nearly the same problem which you have!
I wanted to play on Minit US today... (I am sure I never played on this server before...) so I klicked on Minit US. But the only thing my Internet gave me was a little message which told me:

Banned.

But I´ve never played on this server o.O And I´ve never hacked or something similar, too...

If you are banned on aloha, goon heaven, shams, or intelwars you are banned on minit aswell.

If you have never been on it then you must be Global Banned.
To request a ban appeal, head over to:
http://www.blacklist.spadille.net and then look at the bottom right and if it says your banned then your globally banned.
If you were somehow mistaken (Very very rarely) submit a ban appeal.

I have never visited any of those servers within the last two months.

I am not banned on goon heave, shams and I think from the others I am not banned, too... (never played on them)

I am only banned on MINIT US/EU... And I can´t remember me playing on these servers...

There are some insanely ridiculous idiots on pretty much all those servers. 75% of the time, you're playing with/against some real dumb kids.

I was playing on Tower of Babel (both teams try to build a staircase to a skyplatform to cap intel) on Aloha and racking up some decent kills and these three kids in particular, pepe, swish and marcin who all acted like there were 6 years old repeatedly tried to votekick me and a number of other players on the green team, because how could I possibly know that their whole team would be walking up their stairs single file repeatedly?

Anyway, in an attempt to prove I wasn't haxxoring ZOMG! and that they were simply the most horrible team ever, I pulled out my spade and killed 3 guys on one charge and 6 guys on another spade rush, literally walking right up behind them on their own staircase.

That didn't even phase them. In their tiny pea brains, they felt it was impossible someone could be so "good". (Average is closer to the truth)

About 1 in 10 votekicks (or more maybe) I see are for a legit reason,, griefing, ridiculously obvious aimbot, etc. The rest of the time, it's just kids crying about imaginary haxxors when they repeatedly run to the exact same spot and somehow get shot repeatedly.

You aint the only one. While i was playing on Goon Heaven 1 few moments ago some douchebag started a votekick against me. The reason: Aimbot.
But i wasn`t hacking. Him and the rest of his team were going the same path over and over again. Either they were going trough a two blocks wide tunnel where you can get easly headshoted or over a big wall. So it was not problem for me to kill them.

Luckly the votekick timed out.

Yes, it's sad that innocent people get votekicked.. On Minit we've tried to disable votekicks, but that wasn't popular :(

That's one of the things that is wrong with the Ace of Spades community. Little 9 and 10 year olds go around on a server, do terrible and get killed by one person, and accuse them of things, causing a votekick to occur. It's not like the other players on give a crap, so they just vote yes to every votekick, unless it's on them.
