hi i have been banned from all Swedish servers, though I have not done nothing for all and I am so sad because I've been banned

Why don't you tell us what you were doing when you got banned, so we have something to go on?

That is probably something you should take up with the admins of the servers you are banned from. Oh, and there are always other servers that you can go on.
