Custom Title

Hi I was wondering how I can get a custom title like I do in other forums. Help is much appreciated :)

Your clan leader(s) need to read the 'tips/ideas' post we left in your section. e.g. this.
They need to add you to their usergroup, which'll automatically give you the '[tag] Member' title.

Although when I look at my profile I appear to be set as leader of FF, I don't seem to have the title. Any idea why?
