Resolution of scren

ok guys my native resolution is 1440x900, but when i try this resolution in windowded mode, the game instead runs 1280x1024 and in full screen mode the game crash whit this error (Initdirectdraw failed: 0x80004001) and more when i try to record the game whit fraps the blocks look wierd, anyone can help me ?

um im not sure if this helps but if you have a dell right click your desktop image and click properties then go to setting>
Advanced>Troubleshoot> and set it to 3. works with all indirect draw fails. hope i helped. :D
