How to make a photoshop sig appear in fourums

Hi i made a photo shop signature with looks quite good how can i get it to appear in the forums signature part when you make a post ?

User control panel > Profile > Edit signature.

Then upload your picture to for example : imageshack, tinypic, imgur, etc. And use the code below:
