Slab6 help (This isn't the same as others)

Ok so when I go to Ken Silverman's SLAB6 Project page and scroll down to SLAB6.zip I click it,and the download bar at the bottom has a white folded paper with the Internet Explorer Emblem.

Could anyone be helpful and tell me how to fix this stupid problem?

P.S - When I open it like 500 I.E. Pages open up and just keep popping up and up and up...

Just tried it with me I.E and it worked fine.(Although it's outdated)
Use a different browser if it keep happening or find a different link source.

What version of I.E ?

I can't help you with this but my suggestion is try a different browser. Maybe open the file instead of saving.
