1. Directly connect laptop/computer to your internet router box using the connection wire usually packaged with your hardware.
2. Move router away from the ground, and metallic objects such as cabinets. These can conflict with incoming and outgoing signals. Stack objects (pencil cases, binders, etc) under your router to move it away from these disruptions. Do not stack books or paper because the router will overheat and burn your house to a crisp.
3. Simply move your laptop closer to the router. I didn't think this would work, but moving my laptop from my upstairs bedroom to the office brought my connection up from a 3-bar to a 5-bar.
4. Close all windows when playing Ace of Spades. I experimented with a screen recorder that also measured your frames per second, and you can see the number decrease as you open more windows/programs.
5. Empty your Recycle Bin. Content will build up and fill unnecessary space, which your internet could be using instead.
6. Defragment your computer. Google it. Basically, it organizes and compresses all of your file.
7. This won't work for this game, but try it out on others: Turn off stupid artistic effects (shadows, expressed lighting, etc.)
8. Delete files that you don't use. Same reason as #5 (above.) This speeds up the computer, and therefore speeds up the internet.
