AoS won't open

So I recently got a new PC and when I tried running AoS on it, it said there were a bunch of dll missing. After I downloaded them all, I tried opening it and it comes up with"The ordinal 3 could not be located in the dynamic link library SSLEAY32.dll" I've tried redownloading AoS, I've tried redownloading the dll and I've tried opening AoS with windows xp service pack 2 but nothing seems to work.
