can not open map.

everytime i try to open my map the game crashes so i am forced to blindly call in airstrikes. I need help ASAP!!!

I have the same exact problem, it crashes and a window pops up saying, "client.exe has stopped working. This also happens when I join a match and press T to chat right away and randomly when a map is loading.
