Problems Reinstalling 0.70

After installing 0.75 i'm having trouble reinstalling 0.70, because it says there is a newer version installed even though I removed all the files. I imagine it's a registry problem, what do I need to edit?

I had the same problem too with the pre-release, the solution I found was to run the installer again and choose the remove option.

I can't get the official 0.75 to launch either, sounds like many people are having the same problem.
There's no such thing as camping, only effective and ineffective combatants.
