how many warinings befor something happens ?

so in the past year i have been here i have goten 3 warinings . what happens ? will i get baned ? what is the warining i get baned at if so ?

It depends on what the warnings are for. If they're all for being offensive to other users, you'll probably get banned for a day or two once accumulating 3 unexpired warnings. Lesser offenses usually warrant less administrative action.
