Rebinding Controls not Present in "controls.ini"

Hi, I'd like to rebind controls, as I'm used to ESDF, and I can't find out how to rebind global chat.

What key do you want to change global chat too?

Ctrl would be good.

I see that, but global chat is not defined in controls.in, that's why I'm asking.

Oh, well in that case you wouldn't be able to change it without using some key remapping software such as Auto-Hotkey.
A simple AHK script to remap the global chat to CTRL:

I could use that, but isn't there a more convenient way, like adding those commands to "controls.ini"? They must exist, if they are bound, don't they?

They exist, but for whatever reason you can't edit them in there. Ask bcoolface, not me.
