Band....what?

So I was playing on the server -24/7 HALLWAY- on the map Hallway That's a duh but anyway I was playing and I got into this really epic sniper battle with someone until I had to relode so I ducked behind some cover when I was reloaded I jumped out of from the cover and lucky headshoted the guy, after that the same guy started a votekick against me saying I use Aimbot... and I got banned from that server...So I got band because of a lucky shot?

Since it's just a votekick, all you need to do is wait 30 minutes.
To a Physicist, white and black is the presence and absence of color.
To a Fine Artist, white and black are just shades and tints of color.
To a Painter, any paint that you could get into a can is a color.
THIS color, on the other hand, is #b4d455.

It happens. You get used to it :)
What I found surprising is that someone got successfully votekicked on a full server. That almost never happens.

even on a full server its hard to get votekicked but sometimes you just get unlucky with the players on the server, most of the people i see have reactions to just saying /y on the votekick , not even seeing whats the reason, sometimes there is just a lot of them, you prob just got unlucky :/
