Not connecting to any server.

Ok, yeah, I'm a noob; so please keep your suggestions as friendly as possible.

Here's the situation: I've recently got a new desktop PC; and for a while I used the old monitor we had. The game ran perfectly. Later, we got a new monitor, a 22''; but since, every single server connection fails. I'm not sure what's going on; and even stranger, a small netbook PC can even run it and connect just fine; but the desktop PC can't, for some reason.
Has anyone had the same problem before? Could it be a settings problem? What is it if not?

I can't really think of any reason it would happen. Is the resolution you're trying to use too high? Have you tried running a local server and joining that?

I'm not sure how resolution could be linked to connection, but I have it on the highest for the monitor (1920x1080). As and added bit of info, I live in Central America, and I know the servers are almost non existant here, but like I said, it ran perfectly and connected to most servers before. I've tried Spadille and some other server browsers but the problem continues.

Well, you can't play on a resolution higher than 1280x800, so change that and try playing.

The Voxlap engine is very limited. The OpenGL version of Ace of Spades (1.0) will allow much higher resolutions.
