What presses does an admin have to go through to ban someone? Do they have to get proof of someone cheating, before banning them, or can they just ban any one at any point in time.

Well, if you mean an admin as in a server admin, they can pretty much do what they want.
If you're talking about a Global ban, the GBL admins take time to watch the player in question, and then make a decision. I personally record video 99% of the time before I ban someone.

I’m talking about a Global ban. Who’ve was the admin that banned me needs to be fired or kicked out because I wasn’t even in the game for about three minutes when I got banned. All I was doing was hiding in a house and killing as many people as I could, I wasn’t even in the game long enough for anyone to kill me.

also, how long does it take for an appeal to be looked at?
