Kicked for no reason! HELP?

I wasn't sure where to post this, so I posted it here.
Me (mikaylabbz) and my cousin (sr2001) were kicked from a server (aloha reverse 1ctf 24/7 hallway) for no reason by another user (name: anus) because he told other players that '/y' performed an 'airstrike' and that we were also griefing, which we weren't.
I'm new to this game so I don't understand how it works, are we permanently kicked from that server? Is there anyway we can get someone to un-ban us?

Votekick bans aren't very long, and if you have a problem with an aloha server, please post it on the aloha forums: aloha.pk

What Booyo said. You can also do /admin and receive help, almost immediately.

I'm pretty sure that tricking people into typing /y results in a ban. Doesn't it?
