hello, i cant reload the smg and shotgun, if press r nothing happens, the rifle reload normally

Yeah. You're using an aimbot. It's pretty obvious. The first weapon I used was shotgun. It reloaded perfectly. Same with SMG.

on question , how u know, that some weapons don't reload with hacvks, and u know name of this hack, a lil bit strange

I wanna see which aimbots aimbotters use so I can counter it.

If you're experiencing reload problems, it might just be because of lag or because of a bug. Sometimes the guns won't reload. It's quite annoying, but it happens.

Reloading problems? MUST BE AN AIMBOT, DING DONG BANNU

Please don't jump to conclusions, you probably really confused this guy (or he might actually be using an aimbot, but that shouldn't be your first reaction).

just played on a german flaged server, works normally, english or american, dont reload.... live in germany...
