It is, but in some servers it works, in others, it doesn't. It is because it is a plugin, an add-on, a mod, not a vanilla feature.

That's not the medkit, it only indicates your health lol. It is there so new people know that number indicates their health. YOou can always type /help to see if a server has medkits anyway.
