Ban Appeal (Minut.US)

(If this is in the wrong thread can someone move it promptly, I checked for a bit and couldn't find any ban appeal sections)
(Also, if there is a proper format to for a Ban Appeal can someone tell me?)

Reason for ban: Griefing
My belief of ban: Admin's carelessness or accidental

Explanation: So an admin basically banned me for allegedly "griefing." However, I believe this accusation to be untrue. Basically, I had left my computer on and went to go get a snack; when I came back, I was banned. My friend who was on Skype with me told me that the admin who banned me reported that I had griefed before. I have never consciously griefed a server, from Minecraft to AoS. The admin told my friend that he had dealt with Jewpev (me) before. This again is untrue, since I had never seen the admin who banned me. My friend then asked how long the admin has been "dealing with me." The admin replied "about a week." Yet again, untrue. I have only had this game since Tuesday, May 16, 2012. My friend persisted asking him how I "griefed." I thought maybe I had unknowingly destroyed something. The admin replies "He destroyed a wall (forgot the exact time he stated) and he had been griefing before." I had never destroyed a wall, unless it's a bannable offense to destroy the enemies wall; (which it isn't). My friend asked the admin to check the logs and start giving specifics. The admin replied, "(Forgotten) I have his IP and username." My friend said to tell. The admin, who was getting progressively more irritated replied, "His IP is (undisclosed; He had my exact IP)." This surprised me seeing as I had never griefed. MY friend, sensing the worry in my voice, stated the admin only checked the most recent IP that he banned, which was mine of course seeing as how I was just banned. My friend told me that the admin might have been making a mistake with banning me because someone had a username that was closely spelled to mine. He tried to persuade and argue with the admin to check the official logs of the ban, but he muted my friend.

Again, I did not grief, I do not grief (unless attacking the enemy fortress is griefing). Thank's for reading. Sorry if this is a bit annoying and whiny, but I am honestly angry at the admin for not taking my case seriously, and I know that it's not a good idea to get angry at an admin.
