I made a program, which had settings utility, desktop launcher and had planned many other features.
But it didnt last...
...because i didn't have a plan for the development.
The software became a mess really quickly, because i didn't use "proper" methods.
So, for the future reference i offer to you the link to it (the "source" is editable)

Btw, i was the first to have the idea of putting [tool] in the title,
and apparently it caught on. ^^
And seeing as more tools are developed is always nice.

Isn't Scirra Construct for games? Neat concept. Does it run on Linux / Mac / BSD?

Scirra has MANY plugins, some of those are for .ini, some for arrays, some for binary and lots of other things.
You can even write your own in one of the C languages... (fail @ memory, was it C# or C++ or C-lite?)
But the sad part is, that Scirra uses DirectX for rendering, is limited to 2D (unless you code the 3D logics, one dude made a 3d, rotating square program :) and IT ONLY RUNS ON WINDOWS...

There is Scirra 2, though, which uses html, but its not free anymore.
