Most of those "threats" seem to be triggered by the mild obfuscation Spadille uses. It's just a false positive.
It might also be worth mentioning that another plausible reason is the keyboard hooking. Spadille has a screenshot functionality, which requires a hotkey to be hooked via a Win32 API. This could set off some some overly-sensitive antiviruses
