Wow either you're doing something bad behind the scenes(virus?) or what, just, just why are you so secretive on why you won't release the source.

Another little suggestion is to add an undo function for doodad, heightmap and heightmap painter. New update is lookin' good.

Dany - This is your last warning, Stop. Your claims are ridiculous, and if you don't understand why I choose to keep propietary ownership of the software I'm currently developing and putting my time into, then I doubt you would understand the source code anyways.

Now you're doubting my skills? On what basis? If you think your reason is so obvious it should penetrate even the most stubborn minds why couldn't you spit it out right away? And what are you warning me from? I'm not violating any serious forum rules so a moderator intervention would be complete non-sense at this moment, and even then, what makes you think the moderator would be on your side? I just asked a simple question and then derived some more on top of that based on the absence of any answer. My questions are far from ridiculous, what is ridiculous is your attack on my skills, based on nothing by the way, that was completely uncalled for. And I wanted to help you, I have some past experience, I thought I could get rid of the need for manually adding what you call "rising blocks". Now you're just making me ask more questions. One of the forgotten values of any programmer is modesty, did you absolutely have to make a Facebook page for your utility? I mean did you see Ken Silverman, the maker of Voxlap the engine of Ace of Spades make a Facebook page for VoxEd or Slab6? In fact for any of his tools? I think his work still deserves more attention then an unjustifiably proud VB.NET programmer! And Ken was not secretive like you, he has never hidden that his original plan was to make money on the engine. Not only that he wrote how that experience was a good example on how to not handle this kind of business, to help other people! Can you see now where you can improve? Comparing to Ken and other honest and modest programmers?

You pretty much demanded the source code, he said no, you kept nagging - move on with your life.
He can keep the source code as much as he wants... I hope tomorrow you don't demand bcoolface to release the source code to make sure he has no "viruses" in it either.
You then went on in this post above to start/continue a pointless argument.

I apologize for offending you, I was frusterated and should not have lost my cool so easily.

First, let me say that your intentions of helping were not clear, and your over persistance, and lack of clarity left me with the oppisite impression of the situation, and once you became iritated, the situation furthur escalated.

I'm just an average joe, at no point was I trying to be anything else. I'm a indy client to client programmer for almost 10 years, and miss hobby programming, and being a part of a community, so I created this as a hobby, something to learn from, to make some friends from, thats all. It has a facebook page because facebook offers free php web hosting recently, and I support a family of four and do not have the means to pay for hosting out of pocket when we live check to check with 2 kids, I'm just trying to have fun with the skillset I have.

Err, Faultcheck, is there a way to reduce your map size storage? Because my newly generated map is 12 MB, while the gen map, which is much larger, is only 2 MB...

So are we talking about the internal files, .bmt, .bhm? or the generated aos VXL map?

I was totally psyched about that, bcoolface put it up a couple days ago, download traffic went through the roof! I'm working hard on the next update as we speak :D

So I have added a visual undo system, really sweet, added marquee tool for copy and pasting, added a customizable shape tool, with a few base shapes, but you can make your images and use them for shapes also. Their just PNG 128x128 aRGB black mask images. They will be usable in both the height map editor, and the map painter. I'm going to try to get things finished up, try to get the next release out. I really think the community is going to like some of these new options! Thanks to @FaZe for some of the suggestions! :D
