I really like it. Though, I would like to see him waving off, rather than holding a gun. Maybe make an alternative? Other than that, great work.

:D Nice. You could have used non-MedEvac Heli but it's ok. Also, is that guy holding a Hand gun?

Yeah sorry It was late last night when I made the post and I forgot to credit you for the helicopter, yeah that is a handgun in his hand, this isn't even nearly finished so I've got time to make adjustments and amendments to what I've done before it's complete.
