Can someone help me with recording?

I keep. Trying. And trying. And trying. But my FRAPs continues to drop my frames of EVERY SINGLE GAME to like, 12, for no reason, at all.
It didn't use to do this. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, updated, down-dated, and I can't figure out what's wrong.
Bandicam lowers my frames to where I can't tolerate it, too.
Hypercam is stupid, so no.
Playclaw desynchs SOOOO bad, that it's not funny.
Can anyone help me? Please? It's so hard trying to do let's plays when EVERYTHING HATES YOU.
When I'm not recording, everything runs perfectly.
What's wrong?

maybe you don't have enough space do record
i use bandicam and it's like 25-30 frames it's still fine for me
try to record with me it will be fun.

Hey, I'm a Fraps user.

What are the specs of your rig? What kind of hardware are you running on?

The assiest thing ever. Uh, I don't really know how to copy and paste all the specs, but my friend said; "He hasn't seen anything like this since 2002, and it wasn't that good then." xD But it used to record games REALLY well.

Oh, and I have enough space to record, I have around 100gigs. And Bandicam lags my games, especially if I wanna record like, PSX.
