Actually, RPG stands for "Ручной Противотанковый Гранатомёт", literal translation of which is "Hand-held anti-tank grenade launcher". Rocket-propelled Grenade Launcher is just an english adaptation, but since SSSR were the first to use this acronym (aswell as producing one of the first and most known models of this type of weapon, as early as 1961) I think the corresponding english acronym should have the meaning equal or at least similar with what it actually says on the language it was "invented" in.
My favorite... Well, when it comes to practical use, it has to be RPG-7. It is easy to come by (over 9 000 000 have been produced!), easy to handle. It has a good caliber (85 mm),which is also used in HEAT missiles and quiet a range (200 m). But, just for the show, I'd say PG-7VL, since, well, it's 93 mm HEAT. I know that 7VR model has 100 mm higher penetration rate, but common, 93 mm! Plus it is about 2 kilos less than the 7VR, thus making it easier to maneuver.
Ohh, right... We're talking about games. Umm... Silkroad when it comes to MMORPG, and probably Fallout 3 (unfortunately I never got the chance to try NV) when it comes to consol games.
