YUSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Halo 3 is probably the best Halo game ever made, and is my favourite game of all-time. I especially loved the campaign, the final mission was awesome! (Similar to CE's, but still awesome!) Lol, I seriously can't put my love for Halo into words.

What I don't understand is why CoD hasn't changed its engine since CoD 2. I can understand why people like it. Its because its a pretty mindless run'n'gun. jks. But yeah, don't turn this into a flamewar. Leave that to the youtubers.

Halos are a ringworld mega-structure created by the Forerunners as an absolute last resort for their war against the parasite Flood. There were originally 12 of these scattered around the Milky Way Galaxy. These ringworlds were WMDs to wipe out all sentient life in the galaxy and eventually starving the Flood to death. The Didact activated these Halos as a final suicidal attempt to end the Flood for good, therefore killing all their food.
