For me it is Shub-Niggurath from first Quake. Was easy because we were playing coop (me and 2 other guys) night before mature exam (Eastern Europe thing). And because of this it was quite memorable

oh god, that game, those were times.

I had a bad time defeating Dark Bowser (Mario & Gay Luigi: Bowsers Inside Story) because you had to button bash alot to suck up that guy, and later I found out I had to bash multiple buttons at one time.
