Its sorta hard to explain. I just add on all those layers of effects. In average i use 15-20 layers. I largely try multiple things. Im also using other userbars as a reference.

Well, First learn how to use paint.net. and, Download every plugin you can see for it. 'Read through every guide. And, Every video. Then, Examine the signatures i make carefully. And, some others. And, You will be alright.
