Hi my name is Chad im an American and Im 15 years old. I live in california, my game name is Agent Death. The reason i chose to have death in my name, is because I am known for giving head shots which results in sudden death. On average i have approximately 20-30 kills. When people decide to change teams to grief, I like to go on the team with less people so that I can help them. When I dont feel bad for people I kick butt and get kills of 40-50. My future game name would be [DELTA]Agent D. I have a interesting way of playing, I dont play my best at first (but I still get kills). Sometimes I get killed, not a lot, but enough to trick them to think I dont play well. Most of the time I camp out and headshot anyone that steps in my path. Most of the time I love this clan because I play call of duty mw3 which helps me to have alot of experience about guns. I like to work with teams so that we can all become better players. I am good at engineering,sniping. I am also known to be sneaky. Thanks for taking the time to review my application and I hope you guys think im a good player and hopefully decide to add me to your clan.

Well, in reality, it kinda was following the format, he just didn't organize it as well. o:

He also didn't really talk about his personality (only his age, gender and location), and the grammar/spelling/sentence structure isn't top notch. But, I'll make an exception this time, as the application was only a bit lacking. Previously, we've accepted worse applications than this.
