What happens in Freedom Fighters.

I am aware of what is happening to the clan as of today...
and I believe WE need to fix this. I, myself almost lost all interest in this Clan...
Let's discuss about the different problems and their respective solutions!


1.Problem: Immaturity
Solution: Must have a new set of rules/add specific rules. Each member must think about what he is about to do before doing it.(anything related to AoS... forums, game, irc, sites, others)

2.Problem: Lack of inactive members
Solution: Ask social and active people in-game. Have clan activities that interests/encourages others to be active.

3.Problem: Too much denied applications
Solution: We are currently focusing on Problem 2, but because of this, we tend to ask people in-game who are not active/mature/grammar wise/pro. When recruiting someone in-game, read and follow this :

In-Game Recruitment Policy

Notes

-Must be someone that is sociable.
-Must have respect for others.
-Has decent grammar and spelling.
-Must have a forum account or is willing to make a forum account.
-Must speak basic English.
-Do not spam "Join Delta Force" or "Delta Force is open"
-Just because it's your friend doesn't mean they will get accepted.
-Don't yell it out in public. 85% of servers have the /pm command.

Recruiting

1. Ask if they have a forum account or if they are willing to make one.
2. Ask if they are willing to be active on the forums.
3. Tell them to go on forum homepage.
4. Tell them to scroll down to go to click on "Clans".
5. Tell them to look for [DELTA] in "Sections".
6. Tell them to click on "Recruitment".
7. Explain how important reading ALL of the policy is.


Other Suggestions:
Blue vs Green Match
Clean up Forums... Remove unnecessary sub-topics
Make the sub-topics like the Forums in Board Index(topics in Main, Community, Content)

It's because I always get lost when I become inactive for sometime then try to look for something, this would make it easier for me and, of course, others. I'm actually planning to share my stuff to you guys, but they might just get lost and forgotten if not put on the proper place

The [DELTA] Mentors.

I say we have 2+ experienced members for each weapon that can teach students,or "Pupils."
I volunteer for semi if we do this,btw.
How it would work:
A list of the mentors and their timezones
and every day the mentor would have to join a match in Aloha.PK Pinpoint where he has to get atleast 25 kills and 1 intel cap.
If he completes that task then he posts a screenshot (you have to get the 25 kills before the intel cap and you have to try to get a screenshot OF the intel cap) and says that he is READY to TRAIN.
Then,if a pupil is READY to BE TRAINED then we'll go on an empty server (if someone could host a private one that'd be nice) and do training. We'd need some people who are willing to get killed (a.k.a [DELTA] targets) and then a 1v1 Mentor vs Pupil.

BUT! I don't like having to get bla bla kills, bla bla intel caps, bla bla bla...
