Almost everybody I direct to #aos.help joins #aos first because they think it's some kind of instant customer service chat. However it's not, and I hate seeing a guy spamming, "HELP!!!111 I NEED HELP WITH 'X'" there.
I know tGM has said there is a link in the Help subsection already, obviously it isn't working too well because they've seen the #AoS channel first and think it's the appropriate place to ask for help. Also, administrative team moves the link there, I think you should mention "patience is required" or something along those lines.
What do you guys think? And the opinions of those who join the IRC regularly should be counted first.
