Banning CoD-ported ideas

Postby MrHaaaaaaxFF » Sat Mar 03, 2012 4:07 pm

hey guys, we have a problem:
everyday this forum is getting poisioned with some ducking CoD ideas, making me sick to my stomach.
So heres and idea: how about any CoD-related ideas topic apperrs, they would get locked and the user who post it would be banned from the forums for a long time.
That would be better, and Ben will dont have to add some bad stuff into the game.
Any suggestion about this?

Ps: sorry for bad english, im Vietnamese

No.

People should think about how a suggestion would affect the game both when posting them and replying to them. There should be no automatic denial based on the inspiration of the idea.

Through COD and MC ideas are bad
NO NEED to bans them.

So CoD has absolutely NO good features that AoS could use?

Hit markers
Maybe a few of the killstreaks (We already have airstrikes)
Secondary weapons

Oh look, CoD has guns.
Maybe we should remove guns from the game.
To a Physicist, white and black is the presence and absence of color.
To a Fine Artist, white and black are just shades and tints of color.
To a Painter, any paint that you could get into a can is a color.
THIS color, on the other hand, is #b4d455.

Yes let's have attack dogs!

hell, since we have basically UAV (spectator now) airstrikes in pyspades and soon in an upcoming update artillery strikes, why not?

Perhaps a suppy box that comes down! OR NAPALM.

Or we could ban the people that suggest that we should ban people for making suggestions.

Closed.
Banning for someone with an idea is pretty silly. Ideas from other games may be good, just takes a good mind to transfer the idea correctly from one game to another. Also, alot in CoD is generic fps features.

<@mikuli> the bad part in this plan is that it involves an already busy tea-drinking scone chomper with a monocle
