- Make threads require moderator approval before they become visible to the public, to eliminate all the 101 repeated suggestions, and knock out anything that is DO NOT SUGGEST. Most forum software comes with an option for this already as far as I know, and if not there may be a script for it.

- Add a rule for people to make 1 suggestion per thread (so threads can be appropriately named and suggestions don't get sidelined). Moderators can check this before approving the thread of course.

- Add a rule for people not to make huge sweeping suggestions like "more teamwork". Or at least have moderators spot this and reply to the thread for the user to add a more specific suggestion.

- Add a like button or something, to stop people from posting "+1". It is spammy and makes threads huge with no content.

I agree,but I would rather have the +1 to the Suggestions SF only. Someone can really easily create a bunch of fake accounts to +1 everything.

Well +1 would not be recorded on the account and I would hope that Devs do not just look at how many +1s a thread has instead of reading the suggestion...
